Each year since its inception 20 years ago, the Louisiana Restaurant Association has joined forces with the National Restaurant Association to promote food safety and sanitation principles during September, deemed National Food Safety Month. 

Each week during the month, we’ll bring the next lesson, which is based on the techniques and best practices from ServSafe, the gold standard for industry training for foodservice professionals, who serve millions of Americans daily.
