Staffing needs are: 2—Area Chefs; 2—Restaurant Chefs,
10—Sous Chefs; 3—Lead Cooks; and 2—Pastry Chefs.
Staff members are paid in one lump sum and this year’s rate
is being finalized now. For a basis of reference, last year’s rate was
$250/day. Augusta covers Airfare &
Airline fees, hotel (shared hotel room with other staff) and stipend for meals.
